• At Hyperactive.uk.com our aim is to provide quality photographs of popular action sports to you - the participants.
• Some of our event galleries are password protected. The password to each event is advertised at the event and/or via the event organiser's website. Visitors to our website can request a password via email. We will store the email address of all requestors.
• We will not use stored email addresses for any purpose other than to provide a traceable record of all such requests.
• We will not sell or pass on any email addresses to any third parties or companies unless required to do so by law.
• We will remove any image from any of our event galleries if the subject(s) of that image (or their parent/guardian) request(s) us to do so (please see contact page for contact details).
• All images on our event galleries are offered for sale of prints only. We will not sell the rights to electronically download or reproduce any image without the written consent and release of the subject(s). We will not allow original full size images to be viewed via our website.
• If you are the subject of one of our images and you would like that image to be published in a magazine or other publication then you must contact us via email and we will send you a model release form. We withhold the copyright to all images but we may allow publication provided we are credited accordingly. All such credits must clearly show (c) hyperactive.uk.com

We will attend sporting events for free. If you are the organiser of an action sports event and would like us to turn up and take some quality action photographs then please contact us.
